Nominate Reports

  • Parallel citations are not required to accompany ‘ER’ citations.
  • Avoid ‘All ER’ and ‘WLR’.
  • However, if these cannot be avoided, All ER is preferable to WLR.
  • Cite WLR only where the first edition of the All ER has not yet been published for that year.
  • Be careful when citing the volume of WRR.
